Per prenotare il servizio è richiesto un anticipo del 20%, L’attesa in aeroporto è gratuita per i primi 60 min, nelle stazioni ferroviaria, autobus e portuali 30 min e 15 min per indirizzi privati e alberghi dall orario concordato nella prenotazione. Altre richieste come seggiolini e trasporto bagagli extra (sci, animali domestici ecc.) devono essere richiesti prima della prenotazione.

Airport wait times are free for the first 60 minutes, while at train, bus, and port stations, it’s 30 minutes, and 15 minutes for private addresses and hotels from the agreed time in the reservation. Other requests, such as child seats and extra luggage transport (ski equipment, pets, etc.), must be made before booking.
